TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE
Definitions
● Customer: refers to any natural person who is acting for purposes that do not fall within the scope of his or her commercial, industrial, craft or liberal activity, who is at least 18 years old and has ordered at least once from the Site. The Customer has a ybt-brakes.com customer account.
● Partner: refers to any assembly station or garage indicated on ybt-brakes.com. offering the customer a paying service, subject to independent invoicing and general terms and conditions. A partner is an entity that is legally distinct from and totally independent of the YBT company.
● Identifier: designates the e-mail address required to identify a User on the Site in order to access his/her account.
● Password: designates the succession of characters which the User must keep secret and which, together with his/her Identifier, enables him/her to access his/her account.
● Site: www.ybt-brakes.com.
● Publisher: designates the company YBT
● User: designates any person using the www.ybt-brakes.com site or any of the
services offered on it.
● Identified User: designates any person using the www.ybt-brakes.com site or any of the services offered on it and having an account www.ybt-brakes.com.
● Product: designates any product offered on the site and in particular, without this list being exhaustive, packs, accessories, parts and maintenance products for vehicles.
Conditions of access and use of the Site
The Site is accessible free of charge to any User with Internet access.
The User is responsible for his/her own computer equipment and Internet access. All costs relating to access to the Site shall be borne by the User/Customer.
The User will only be able to access his or her account after identification using his or her User ID and Password. The User is obliged to keep his Identifier and Password secret and must not communicate them to a third party.
YBT will do everything in its power to ensure 24/7 access to the Site, but cannot be held responsible for any problem or malfunction of the Site that may prevent access to the Site and/or the various services offered by YBT. YBT will do its utmost to resolve any problem as quickly as possible.
Create an account
The User has the option of creating an account on the site if they wish to access and take advantage of the following services and offers:
● access and activate a promo code or discount associated with a user account in the shopping cart;
● be kept informed of promotions and manage their newsletter subscriptions;
● make a return or after-sales service request;
● modify their personal information;
● place and track an order.
By creating an account, the User accepts these GTC/CGV and our personal data protection policy.
Access to services includes subscription to the publisher's newsletters. Identified Users may at any time modify the information they wish to receive or unsubscribe by clicking on the appropriate link at the bottom of each newsletter. This link is also accessible on the Site under the heading "My account".
The creation of an account on the Site is reserved for any individual under the age of 18. Each User may create only one www.ybt-brakes.com account.
All fields in the account creation form must be filled in, with the exception of those indicated as optional. Failure to do so will result in the User's account not being created. All information provided by the User must be accurate. The Customer may enter any telephone number: office and/or mobile and/or home.
When the User creates an account on the Site, he receives an e-mail confirming the creation of his account on the same day. Ultraperformance.fr reserves the right to delete any account that does not comply with the present contractual conditions.
